Why Inner Light ABA & Behavioral Consulting Was Founded
Inner Light ABA & Behavioral Consulting LLC was founded by Nichole Tripp with the vision of creating a more personalized and holistic approach to ABA therapy. Having seen firsthand the profound difference that a tailored, individualized treatment plan can make in the lives of children and families, she wanted to create a practice that prioritized not only the needs of the child but also the family as a whole. Inner Light ABA was founded to provide families in Northwest Ohio with compassionate, high-quality behavioral services grounded in years of professional experience and a deep understanding of each child's unique needs.
In addition to her work with families, Nichole also recognized a critical need for behavioral support in educational settings. Having worked closely with schools and educators over the years, she understands the challenges they face in addressing the diverse behavioral needs of students, especially those with autism and developmental disabilities. As a result, Nichole is passionate about expanding Inner Light ABA’s services to assist schools and educators by providing customized functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention plans, consultation, training, and support.
Nichole’s goal is to empower families and provide them with the knowledge and tools to make lasting changes in their child's behavior. Additionally she wants to help schools create inclusive and supportive environments where all students can succeed by equipping educators with the tools and strategies they need to manage behaviors effectively. She strongly believes that each individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and that every child has the potential to succeed with the right support.
Through Inner Light ABA, Nichole and her team are dedicated to bringing out the inner light in every child they serve, helping them shine brighter in their communities, homes, and beyond.
